on Track (Second Edition) and The Hidden Leader: Leadership Lessons
on the Potential Within) and Teacher Renewal: Stories of Inspiration to Balance Your Life with Dale L. Brubaker and SYI (Strategies for Your Improvement) with Melody Clodfelter and Dale L. Brubaker.

Dr. Coble is former Senior Program Associate at the Center for Creative Leadership. Prior to assuming his current position, Coble served in four superintendencies and during his career has also been a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. A long-time leader of staff development in school districts where he served, Coble has, for the last sixteen years, worked with numerous leadership development programs, taught at the university, served as Director of the Collegium for the Advancement of Schools, Schooling, and Education , and served as a private consultant.

School Leadership Services was founded by Dr. Coble with a core group of outstanding associates to provide leadership training and development; technical/consulting services; training, consultation, and coaching for school improvement; and executive coaching services. School Leadership Services works primarily with school superintendents, district-level leaders, principals, assistant principals, and teacher leaders.

Dr. Ann W. Davis, Clinical Assistant Professor – Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations Department at UNCG, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wingate College, a Master of School Administration from UNC-Charlotte, an Educational Specialist degree and a Doctorate in Education from UNC-Greensboro.

Dr. Davis’ background includes: Mathematics Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal, Department of Public Instruction High School Turnaround Portfolio Manager, Central Office Executive (Executive Director of Secondary Education, CTE, Middle School Director, Title I and II Director – An Associate Superintendent level Position), 1:1 Project Manager, Principal Support Coach, Process Analysis and Alignment Consultant for PEARSON Education Inc. and Director of Graduate Studies, Educational Specialist Degree (EdS) Coordinator and Internship Supervisor for masters and doctoral students at UNCG.

Dr. Davis is a state level leader in one-to-one 24/7 mobile computing for PK-12 school districts where she has served as a Future Ready Schools Support Coach guiding school districts through the digital transformation from traditional to future ready globally competitive teaching and learning working for Golden Leaf Foundation, NCSU Friday Institute and NCDPI IMPACT schools.

She is nationally recognized as North Carolina’s 2006 High School Principal of the Year by National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP). She has also been awarded North Carolina Principal of the Year by NC Principal and Assistant Principal Association (NCPAPA), North Carolina Principal Fellows Academic Scholarship for Educational Leadership – 2nd class and nationally recognized for Excellence in Science and Mathematics Teaching by the Presidential Awards Program.

Dr. Davis completed a fall 2012 study tour with ISTE in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney Australia. She is co-Principal Investigator on a federally funded statewide technology leadership grant – IMPACT V and the Principal Investigator on a 21st Century Leadership with Instructional Technology Facilitator certification project funded by the Golden Leaf Foundation. She is author of the 1:1 implementation framework adapted by the USDOE Epic-Ed.
