  2. What team development opportunities are available to grow trust? How can you grow trust?
  3. What leadership development opportunities are used to create outstanding leaders and organizational growth? What opportunities are needed?
  4. What skills do individuals need in order to be an effective coach?
  5. Describe 1:1 coaching and how it could be implemented?
  6. How can performance coaching be used to grow people, performance and purpose?
  7. How can performance coaching transform your school/district?
  8. What resources would you need in order to create a performance-coaching model?

Update and Assess Team Action Planning Document Progress: focusing on Student Engagement, Media flexible schedule, professional development and sustainability.
