Focus on the "edges" discussed -"The Thinking Edge", "The Curriculum Edge", "The Technology Edge", "The Time/Place Edge", "The Co-Teaching Edge", and "The Youth Edge" and how each one can benefit students and transform the educational system. This book should begin your thought process into what 21st century leadership needs to look like now and in the future- to inform your GLF Team action planning.
  • Complete the NCLTI Readiness Assessment as a district team

  • Formalize team action planning document utilizing all standards & text

SUBMIT BLUE DOCUMENTS TO AWDAVIS@UNCG.EDU BY SEPTEMBER 12, 2013

  • Complete Parker Team Style Assessment - Discuss results as a team

  • Bring back packet of Assessments to each Leadership Institute.
